    Your happiness is our happiness and we want you to love your new purchase. Please contact customer service regarding any items you may be unhappy with at info@THELEAFWOOD.com. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your money for any reason within the first 14 days. After that time, you're still covered by the LEAFWOOD 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects.

    WHAT DOES THE LEAFWOOD 1 YEAR WARRANTY COVER?

    The 1 year warranty specifically covers the internal mechanism for any manufacturing defects that may cause your watch to unexpectedly stop working. It does not cover battery replacement, or the wood itself. Water damage, scratches or any other breakages due to general wear and tear, are also not covered. Wood can be a very fragile material and can be easily damaged.


    RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & PACKAGING

    Carefully package your item, ideally in the same packaging that we used to ship it to you along with its packing materials. We advise that you send the item with your order details confirmation shipment invoice, tracking and signature required in case of loss. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.


    DAMAGED ITEMS

    LEAFWOOD prides itself on complete costumer satisfaction. On the rare occasion a customer may receive a defective item, either damaged during shipping or one that slipped through the quality control net at our manufacturers facility. If that ever happens to you, please contact our customer support team at info@theleafwood.com and our team will be more than happy to help you.


    ON SALE ITEMS

    Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new condition. If your item was purchased on sale, you can return any item discounted less than 25% for any reason within 7 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is complete and unused. After 7 days and within 14 days, you will receive store credit or an exchange. After 14 days, or if the item was discounted more than 25% there are no exchanges or refunds.

    AUTHENTICITY / WARRANTY

    TEXTILES / ACCESSORIES: Leafwood only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from our supplier. Please be aware that with hand made wooden products there may be small workmanship variations, including occasional color or shape distortion.

    ELECTRICAL: Leafwood warranties electrical products against manufacturing defects for the first year from the time of purchase, and will replace or refund your purchase in the event such problems occur (not applicable to sale items that are heavily discounted).
